I wouldn't recommend this for a family or a long stay. There's just one bathroom for around five families to share, and they serve frozen bread. Even when you're sick, they'll ask you to leave the room while they change everything, saying it'll take two hours even though it takes about 30 minutes. The owner can also be very rude.

A friendly landlady and clean, if small, rooms. This cosy little bed and breakfast is about 15 minutes from the airport and very close to Phoenix park. I didn't get to try breakfast, but there was fruit and yogurt in the fridge.

Phoenix park is just a three-minute walk away, and Dublin airport is a 20-minute drive. There's parking, and the train and bus stop are right outside the door, with all the amenities close by. Lovely B&B.

I wouldn't recommend this for families. There's only one toilet shared between three or four families, and sometimes the owner is very rude.

This isn't a good place for a long-term stay with kids. I also wouldn't recommend it if you have diabetes, because there's just one toilet shared with other families.
