DUBLIN AIRPORT / BEAUMONT HOSPITAL Marie’s Bed and Breakfast

I booked this place for my young autistic son, who was travelling alone in Ireland from the US before his return flight from Dublin. He said it was easy to find, warm and welcoming, and that his room was clean and comfortable. I’m grateful they helped him feel safe and at home.

We picked this place because it’s only about 5-10 minutes from the airport, and after spending more than two weeks travelling around Ireland, we only wished we’d stayed longer. The hosts got in touch before we arrived, which made it feel like we were visiting friends instead of checking into a corporate hotel. They welcomed us so warmly. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was simple and delicious, and the brewed coffee was very good. They packed us some food to take along and, because we had an early flight, served breakfast before the usual time. They were kind and treated us like family. It felt like a real Dublin experience, and I’d happily stay at Marie’s again. Thank you!

We had an emergency that meant I needed to stay near Beaumont Hospital, and Marie's was a short walk away. The men who run it were so understanding and helped us through the stay. My wife and I met many lovely people in Dublin, but they were among the kindest. We’ll always be grateful and hope to return.
