We arrived Monday at 4pm for three nights. The outside looked like it needed a little bite of light, but I was told that's normal. Inside, reception was ready to help. Our first-floor room had loads of space and was comfortable, with clean towels and a walk-in hot shower. Don't expect breakfast, but downstairs you can get a lovely drink or coffee and eat whatever you need. I enjoyed the stay, thank you so much to everyone. The bus stop and station links were handy too. Chxxx ♡

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed gave us a very comfortable night's sleep. Our first visit to Dublin was really enjoyable, thanks to them. The hotel is older and sits right beside Phoenix Park, with the Guinness Storehouse a short walk away. It's also fairly close to the city centre, while being nicely away from the main hustle and noise. The room, especially the toilet, showed its age. One curtain didn't fully block the streetlights, though the room had the essentials for making morning tea or coffee.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room stayed quiet even though the hotel is near a main road. Inside, though, it's quite run down and the decor needs a facelift. Still, if you're mostly out and about, it's a good base, and I'd definitely stay again. The location is handy for Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo and Heuston Station, but a bit far out if you're going to the city centre.

The room was spacious enough for four, and the hotel was within walking distance of everything interesting in Dublin. Breakfast was simple but had what we needed. The staff were nice, especially Ozzie, who was really sweet with us. One day there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

We booked through the Wowcher deal and were really happy with our stay. It felt completely safe: you need your key card to enter the hotel in the evenings, and there's also a lock on the door. The hotel is a bit far to walk to the main centre, but bus links made it easy enough and it was close to the train/tube station. We got there around 10.30am, and the staff gladly looked after our luggage until check-in. They did the same for us after check-out. The room was lovely and clean apart from a few cobwebs. Having worked in housekeeping, I know how little time there can be to clean rooms. The main bedroom could have used a mirror near the plug sockets. There was only one socket, nowhere near the bathroom, so I couldn't use the bathroom mirror while doing my hair. A mirror by that socket would have solved it. They did provide a hairdryer, plenty of tea and coffee, and bathroom toiletries. We didn't try the bar or breakfast, but it was a great stay for us.
