Really good.

The studio was clean, but we soon found several problems. When the oven was on, it wasn't airtight and moisture dripped onto the floor. The coffee maker leaked, and the bathroom stayed very cold even with the small fan heater, which clearly wasn't enough. There's no soundproofing. Getting to the bathroom meant going through the hallway, so there was little privacy when neighbors walked past. The garden view was awful. It was a dumping ground, with neighbors throwing different things into it. The door had been forced open before, and the repair was just a few screws and a piece of wood.

It wasn't at all like the booking site described. The landlord also didn't mention that the bathroom is out on the landing and shared with two other rooms in the building.
