The food in the bar was delicious, and the restaurant staff were lovely and efficient. The Gibson was perfectly located for our event at the 3 Arena. Our room was beautiful and clean, with air conditioning and everything we needed. Online check-in and checkout made things run smoothly, and Gresor at the front desk was especially lovely when we left.

Shruti, one of the employees, made me feel welcome and comfortable. I stopped in recently for a quick walk-in breakfast and found it soothing and good value, about 20 quids for unlimited access to more than 15 items. The ambience was nice too. The place is right outside The Point Luas stop, so I’d recommend visiting.

Getting around Dublin was easy from The Gibson Hotel, and the location was ideal. Our room was bright, modern, spacious, spotless, and had strong air conditioning, which made a real difference to our comfort. Breakfast offered lots of choice, and the bar cocktails were excellent. The hotel was clearly busy, with several events going on, but the staff kept everything running smoothly and professionally. Arina and Blanca were especially helpful and competent throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back.

The breakfast was okay, nothing special, and the room itself was reasonably nice with a comfortable bed. The hallways and corridors were oddly laid out, which made finding the room confusing. After our overnight flight we hoped to nap, but construction noise made it impossible to fall asleep. I also called Guest Services to ask for another pillow and nobody answered.
