The hosts were a very welcoming couple. They made sure we had what we needed, left us to enjoy ourselves, and even had water and snacks waiting when we arrived. Our beautifully equipped room was lovely for a two night stay. We also had a romantic evening dip in the outdoor jacuzzi under the stars. Great base for driving to sights around Donegal.

This well presented studio is nicely equipped and would suit two or three people using it as a base to explore nearby areas. There are several supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, along with a range of local takeaways and places to eat in. The owners are available if you have questions. I’d be happy to stay again if I’m in the area.

Trica and her family did everything they could to make us comfortable at Hillcrest Dungloe. The apartment was tidy and very clean, and since we were self catering it was great to have everything we could possibly need. Trica even baked a lovely sponge cake for our arrival. The setting is quite hilly, with Hillcrest right at the top, but there’s a lovely little pub just a few metres down at the bottom. We had a lovely stay, thank you Trica and Neil. I wish you every success with your B & B, and if you’re reading this, please contact Trica. You’ll have a great holiday and won’t be disappointed.

The scenery around Hillcrest is amazing, and Trisha was so welcoming and friendly. She’d left a few things in the fridge to get us started. We’ve just come back from a lovely three night stay. This place is a wee gem.
