The setting is hard to beat, with gorgeous gardens and scenery, and the bedrooms were fabulous. We had our wedding here, and the staff made the whole day so easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Abby and Megan, along with Ronan, the bar team, Aoife, and the waiting staff. They went above and beyond to make it a fantastic day and took all the stress away. I’d absolutely recommend it to couples considering a wedding here.

The food was amazing, and our guests are still talking about the hotel and wedding team. The Reservations Team also kept us up to date whenever changes came up, which was a huge help. We first fell for Crover House after attending a wedding there four years ago, and when we later met the wedding team, we booked the next available August date. It turned out to be the hottest week of the year. We hadn’t planned an outdoor ceremony, but on the day, seeing the lake in the sunshine made me wish we had. Our coordinator Megan heard me say so and somehow made it happen. I can’t thank her enough for making the day even more special. Crover House gave us the best day of our lives, and it was everything we’d hoped for and more. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

I was there for a wedding rather than staying overnight. The setting is stunning, and the staff were absolutely brilliant, always ready to help with anything. I’d definitely recommend Crover House.

Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and filling. We were there for a wedding, and the reception was excellent. The food came hot, tasted delicious, and there was plenty of it. Staff were happy to do whatever they could for us. We’d gladly return and recommend a stay.

A very nice hotel right on Lough Sheelin. I stopped in for dinner midweek, and the meal was excellent. The service was great, with staff paying close attention.
