The accommodation has a lovely finish, and the scenery is wonderful. It’s a beautiful hidden gem, and the photos really don’t do the location justice.

Breakfast was fantastic, served from 730 am, and I’d strongly recommend it. We booked the lodge at the Harvey hotel. The room was comfortable and the toilets were clean, but it was very, very tiny, with two single beds on either side.

We had a wonderful stay in a clean, very comfortable room. The staff were friendly, and the location was amazing. The restaurants have lovely views over the lake. We’re looking forward to visiting again.

The food was great, and breakfast was made even nicer by the friendly welcome from the maitre d, Rosie. Her bubbly, cheerful manner was like a breath of fresh air. The complex sits in a tranquil rural setting beside the lake, with short walks through a wooded area.

The entertainment on the cabaret nights is amazing, and Jessica McKean, a young girl and future star, put on a wonderful show. Eamonn Gillespie, the host, makes you feel so welcome. Everything is excellent, and the food is unbelievable. Thank you to everyone involved. It’s an experience we won’t forget for a long time.
