The bathroom and in-room facilities were good, and the place is close to Galway’s main sights as well as the train and coach stations. Getting in was a little tricky because the key boxes didn’t always work properly. What bothered me most was the noise: the walls are extremely thin, so you hear people in other rooms and in the hallway. It was nearly impossible to sleep, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone bothered by even small sounds.

Cormac and Charlie were a huge help while we were there, and I could always reach them whenever I had a question. Being right in the middle of Galway was great too.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the place was spotless. For what you get, the price is great. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Galway, and the location is excellent. I’d highly recommend it.

It was clean and right in the centre, but a lot of conveniences were missing. We shared a large room among three people. The queen bed was fine, but the twin beds felt poorly made and hard, and creaked with every movement. There was just one power outlet, even in the bathroom, and no fans, so air circulation was poor. We stayed three nights; the room was never cleaned. We asked for fresh towels, were told they were coming, and they never arrived.
