I'd give this place six stars if I could. The gardens are full of beautiful flowers, and the rooms are kept in wonderful order. The person running it is lovely, helpful, informative, and kind. Some of the best Irish hospitality you could find. God bless you and your father.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet after long days exploring the area. The house is away from the town centre, about 10 minutes by taxi if you don't have a vehicle. We paid €16-€18 each way to or from the square or train station. Derek has thought of everything you might need, and made-to-order breakfast was fabulous, with fresh-squeezed orange juice. The view from the back deck is absolutely stunning. Lovely home, highly recommend!

Breakfast was outstanding, with freshly cooked main dishes to choose from and a small buffet of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and cereals. The view while eating was lovely too. We liked the quiet location just outside Galway, about 10 minutes by car into the city, and around an hour from Connemara National Park. Our room was a good size, with a small but perfectly adequate bathroom. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully arranged. There was also a coffee machine and hair dryer in the room. Our host was kind and gave us lots of useful information. We loved it and would highly recommend it!

The garden was beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely view, and the house felt like home. The host and his father gave us a warm welcome, and we enjoyed talking with them and hearing their good suggestions for places to go. The house is chic, spotless, and has a charming smell. Our cozy bedroom was decorated with great taste, and the clean bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, homemade with love, and offered plenty of choice. Thanks again.
