The host was attentive, proactive and happy to help with everything from bike hire and transport to topping up our water bottles. Breakfast was great, with cooked options from 8:30 to 9:30, and checkout was at 10:30. Our room was spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. It’s about five minutes from the centre and ferry port. We paid €15 for transport with Michael (Mike), and €40 for an E-bike. The E-bike is a great way to see more of the island without wearing yourself out over the distances. We saw plenty of people pushing their bikes and looking tired. You still have to work for some of the views, though, with places of interest in the south requiring a 20-minute walk across rugged ground. The island is fairly big with a lot to see, so pick a few places and take your time. A great place to stay.

Clodagh and this B&B were so nice. The rooms were cozy and breakfast was lovely. Inismor is a special place, with unbelievable beauty and an energy you can feel. I loved it and hope I can come back one day.
Cloddagh was the best host we’ve ever had. We arrived around 4:30pm, and she called the shop to help us get bikes so we could explore that same day. Her recommendations were great, and she was truly our savior during this stop on our trip. The house is so cute and tucked into a quiet part of the island, and breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend staying here for a night on the island.
Clodagh is a top-notch hostess who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome on this beautiful island. The rooms are clean and modern, breakfast is nice, and the owner is wonderful. The location is lovely if you want to be away from it all, with birds and ocean sounds and a private little spot. If you want to stay close to the main center, this may not suit you unless you get a bike.
The hostess was kind and welcoming. She shared recommendations for things to do, filled our water bottles and even served breakfast an hour early to fit our early departure flight. Breakfast was a highlight: we could choose tea or coffee, had a basket of bread and scones with butter and jam, and could order from the menu. I had the tasty, freshly made and filling full Irish breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at this charming B&B. Our twin room had an ensuite washroom. It was small, but clean and well lit. The one downside is the location, about 3 km or 2 miles from town. It’s a 40-plus-minute walk from the ferry pier and nearest restaurants. In good weather the quiet roads and island views make the walk quite nice, but walking that far in the rain can be miserable, especially if you’re carrying a bag of woolen goods from an Aran sweater store. The remoteness also means the area is serene, and it’s only an 8-minute walk from the airport, which is convenient if you’re traveling to or from the island via Aer Aran. Breakfast is served every morning from 8:30-9:30.
