Victoria was very kind and helpful, and her travel tips were useful. She checked our breakfast preferences and did all she could to accommodate them, so a special thanks for that. The room was clean and tidy, and she also made sure our other requests were taken care of. Victoria's House is lovely and well placed for Kells house and gardens, Kells Bay Beach, and Kells Sheep Centre. I'd happily book again on our next visit and highly recommend it.

Victoria made sure we were well looked after, and this little B&B turned out to be a great choice. It's a lovely home with a lovely host. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast came with a very tasty continental selection. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

The room was clean and had a pretty view, and Kell’s Bay was beautiful, with a surprising amount of quiet despite being right off the ring of Kerry. Victoria was lovely, made a delicious breakfast, and gave us great tips on what to see and do.

The house and garden are beautiful, and Kells Bay is a lovely sandy beach just a 10-minute walk away. It's open to the public, with a shower and toilet, and there's also a pleasant outdoor seating area at the house. I couldn't find the advertised barbecue area, though. The owner was very friendly and chatty, but seemed not to have fully moved on from the COVID measures. The lounge looks lovely, with its fireplace, but B&B guests aren't allowed in and have to stay in their rooms. Breakfast is served in the room, and the continental meal was good. Our downstairs room to the right of the entrance was damp enough that the bedding, towels, and large wardrobe smelled musty. A few hours with a good electric dehumidifier between guests might fix it, perhaps with a moisture-absorbing bag in the wardrobe. On top of that, the smoke alarm went off at 3 am for no apparent reason. I hope things improve.

Victoria's place is comfortable, well located, dog friendly, and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great property for a dog, with a big garden to play in. Victoria has a one-year-old golden retriever.
