The breakfasts were great, and parking was easy. Our rooms were cozy and the beds comfortable, with a view over Kenmare bay and a sheep meadow. It was quiet, too. Brendan & Geraldine were lovely hosts, very helpful and sweet.

We appreciated the shared sitting rooms and the lovely views. The place is set back from the road, so traffic didn't disturb us, and town was an easy walk away. Our room was bright, and breakfast came with lots of variety. The hosts were wonderfully hospitable. We'd gladly come back.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a good spread of cereals and eggs, sausages and other items cooked fresh to order. The house has an old-fashioned character, while our room felt cozy. The bathroom was small, but clean and new. The hosts were warm, helpful and friendly, and took time to chat with us. A special B&B.

We stayed in the second-floor room beside the lounge, and it was bright, spacious, spotless and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Brenden also gave us lots of ideas for things to do, and the hospitality was first class. Abbey Court is peaceful and beautifully situated right by the water, yet only a few minutes' walk from central Kenmare. Have a cup of tea with Brendan if you get the chance. His knowledge of politics and geography makes for a fascinating conversation.

After several days of long drives, we took a relaxed day to see nearby attractions. Brendan welcomed us with a helpful introduction to the area. The house and room were clean and comfortable, and the property was well placed. Breakfast was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abbey Court and would return when we're in the area again.
