The location is stunning, with mountains and lots of greenery beside the river. We loved the ford and would come back when we're in Kenmare. The house has lovely rooms that are beautifully done and decorated, plus a modern, very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious.

The quiet surroundings feel immersed in nature, and there's a scenic view from the rooms. The place is gorgeous, with thoughtful, beautiful decor and a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The owner was very polite and tactful, and the price felt like great value. We would have stayed longer if our travel schedule hadn't been so busy.

The Ford made such a lovely base for our three nights. My sister and I had a spacious, comfortable room, a deep bathtub, and a huge window looking out over the scenery. There are beautiful walks nearby, and Kenmare was a great town to spend time in. We drove to lots of lovely places from there. You do need a car to reach the B&B, but it was absolutely worth it. Lisa, Sean, and their family were so welcoming, and you can tell how much care they put into their home. Breakfast was superb each morning, and Lisa was happy to sort out all our requests. I’d recommend staying here to anyone in the area, and would even try to persuade people to visit just for the B&B.

The Beara Way goes right past the door, so this is a handy stop if you're walking it or just passing through. A lovely B&B, with a very hospitable host. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent.

A nice, quaint spot in the countryside. The Irish breakfast was good, and it's worth checking out if you want somewhere secluded.
