Breakfast was a highlight, especially the American pancakes. Thanks, Anne Marie, for sharing the recipe! Liam and Anne Marie were so kind and welcoming that we felt at home right away. The property is beautiful and spacious, and both the rooms and breakfast area were exceptionally clean and well kept. We’d recommend staying here, and if we’re back in the area we’ll choose it again without hesitation. Andrea and Cristina

The host was lovely to talk with and shared excellent ideas for sights and places to eat nearby. We had a great two-night stay, with a clean room, comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend 🥰

We slept peacefully and had a lovely home-cooked breakfast overlooking the farmland and hills. Anne-Maree and Liam were fantastic hosts and very accommodating. Everything was spotless, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommend. Stuart & Katie Murray (Australia)

The hosts, Anne Marie and Liam, made the stay. They were so friendly, kind and accommodating, and even gave us a lift into town each evening. They also offered to help if we couldn’t find a taxi back. The Twelve Oaks is comfortable, clean and serves an amazing breakfast. If you’re anywhere near Kenmare, you really should check out this BnB. Can’t wait to return 💯❤

They gave us useful information about Kenmare, including places to see and good routes for our onward trip. The breakfast was the best, and the rooms were modern and really good. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.
