Liz welcomed us at the door with a smile and showed us our room. She also shared useful tips for getting around the area and ideas for local food and drinks. We’d definitely recommend a peaceful night here.

We had such a peaceful, comfortable stay that we slept like babies. Liz was one of the kindest, most down-to-earth people I’ve ever met, and I felt as if I’d known her forever. I didn’t get to meet the rest of the family. Green Acres Guesthouse and its gardens are spotless, cosy and so well kept, with a spacious room, a comfortable bed, lovely shower, and plenty of heat and hot water. The bathroom was also nicely up to date. The location and scenery were amazing, just a five-minute drive from the heart of Killarney town. The price was very reasonable, and I’d highly recommend it. We’ll stay here again whenever we visit Killarney. Liz, thank you, we’ll be back.

The continental breakfast was delicious, and the room was excellent and spotless. Liz and her family are lovely hosts, and it was great value for a night in Killarney. Be sure to visit the nearby Aghadoe Heights view. Thanks again, Liz!

It was clean and quiet, with parking, and the owner was really nice. We stayed one night, and it met our expectations. Breakfast was amazing too. The one drawback is that the nearest pub is 2 km away, and I wouldn’t suggest walking there since there’s no footpath along the road. We did that without realizing. A taxi back from the pub cost €10. Still, we wanted somewhere away from the city centre, so it made sense, and I highly recommend the place. Thank you!
