Lios Na Manach Farmhouse B&B

We stayed four nights in September 2025, so we got to experience the full "Brigid" treatment. She’s a dynamo, with her daughter Orlaith helping out. Brigid makes fresh scones every morning, and they change from pear and almond to berry to brown, which may have been the best. Her own kombucha is another treat. There’s a scrumptious cold buffet and a hot option to choose from. She also offers a delicious evening meal, handy if you want a drink without driving.

The food tasted delicious and clearly had care and passion behind it. The property was spotless, charming, and eco-friendly, with a lovely setting near Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry. The scenery is breathtaking. My host was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and was always ready to help, even arranging excursions for me. A wonderful place to unwind, explore, and feel at home in Ireland's natural beauty.

Brigid was a cheerful, friendly hostess who worked hard to make sure guests had what they needed. It's rare to meet someone with such a good heart. My room was comfortable, the shower excellent, and the setting peaceful, just minutes from Killarney. A very comfortable stay, highly recommended.

The countryside was beautiful, and our toddler loved looking at the cows next door. We woke to fresh scones and delicious eggs, and Brigid even had toy cars ready for my son, so he was excited to come back and play. Lois na Manach felt like a home away from home, and meeting Brigid was a highlight of our Ireland trip. This Irish countryside B&B had wonderful vibes and divine eggs, a special alternative to a boring hotel. We hope to return soon. Thank you to Brigid and her family!
