Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff there were kind and welcoming. The whole team made the stay special, from reception and housekeeping to the bar. Everyone was friendly, professional and very accommodating. The bar staff especially stood out for their skill and professionalism. My spacious, comfortable room had everything I needed and was very quiet, with no noise from outside or elsewhere in the hotel. I also had a lovely view of the church grounds. A wonderful stay, and I'd happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the location, with restaurants and shops close by. It was also a great base for our Ring of Kerry tour. Our family liked staying at The Ross so much that we now use it as the standard to compare other hotels against.

The hotel was clean, well located and had free parking. There are only a limited number of spaces, so they might run out in peak season, but we had no trouble in December. Breakfast was a highlight. The €10 continental option and €16 full breakfast were both superb, especially the warm scones and breakfast muffins. The breakfast staff were lovely too.

The location is amazing, close to everything, and the rooms are spacious. The staff were so friendly. Nicola was our favourite bartender, and Maeve in the breakfast dining area was lovely and took great care of us. Being able to swim and use the jacuzzi for free at The Park across the road was a nice bonus. Can't wait to get back to The Ross in Killarney!

Everyone was so kind, and I wish we'd stayed longer than one night. Our room was big, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view was awesome. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location, with a cute bar at the front and a great restaurant attached at the back.
