We were allocated a house, but when we arrived another customer was staying in it. No staff member or manager would come out to sort it out. The house we ended up in hadn't been cleaned properly either. There was heavy dust, wrappers, tissues and dirty socks under and around beds in several rooms, and some windowsills were covered in dust and dead insects. I sent photos to the manager through the WhatsApp group he'd set up for problems during our stay, but he still hasn't replied. I also contacted head office about the experience, and was even more shocked by the poor customer service there. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location and am unlikely to book with any Trident Holiday Homes property again.

The location is nice, and the house was lovely when I stayed before, but this time I was very disappointed. The lawn hadn't been cut, some light bulbs were missing, and the outside bins were full. The fridge and dishwasher were dirty, the bathroom cold tap didn't work, and the windows were dirty and covered in cobwebs. There were weeds and rubbish in the garden too. This wasn't the kind of two-week holiday I wanted for the amount I paid. Very disappointing all round.

A fabulous, very clean house with lots of room and plenty of facilities. It's near the town centre, and the host was lovely.

The house was lovely and kept clean, with four bedrooms plus a sitting room, kitchen and utility room. Just be aware that heating and electricity cost extra and were expensive.
