The staff were warm and attentive throughout, and breakfast was excellent. We travelled with our children and were kindly upgraded when we arrived, with a complimentary glass of wine as a welcome. The beds were especially comfortable. Even though the rooms were a little noisy in the evening, things quieted down at night and we slept very well. We'd recommend the hotel and would be glad to return.

The team were extremely friendly and pleasant, and breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. The location is good, and the rooms are big and clean. Great stuff.

My wife and I stayed for one night on our recent trip to Killarney, and the hotel impressed us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the updated lobby and friendly front desk were both welcome. Nothing disappointed us. We're looking forward to another romantic stay soon.

The menu breakfast was amazing, and our room was very clean with a brilliant shower. The building is on the small side but welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We stayed Friday and Saturday over the May Bank Holiday weekend. There's no bar food, but the hotel has lots of parking and is only a five-minute walk from the town centre. There was even a cat outside to pet, so what's not to love?

I couldn't reach anyone to make a booking. My email got no reply, and when I called twice on two different days during opening hours, I went straight to voicemail. In the end I booked another hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms or service.
