The spa is fantastic for unwinding after exploring Kerry, and it's easy to handle payments, from check-in to check-out, with the updated system and gift cards usable across the estate. The Brehon on Muckross Road has beautiful newly renovated rooms, thoughtfully designed by local interior architect Adrian McCarthy. I also really enjoyed the new Par 72 golf simulator. Having self-catering apartments alongside the main hotel gives you flexibility for longer stays. There's a lot of style and care in the rooms, and the staff are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the spa was pure bliss. We had an incredible recent stay at The Brehon. The room was magnificent and made for a perfect night away. Every part of the visit felt 10/10. We'll definitely be back.

We had bar food here a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly. My wife ordered the chicken burger and I had the bacon chops. The portions ran a little small, but the food was tasty and the quality was there. We'd recommend it.

We had a great two-night stay last week and would definitely recommend it. We both booked the spa package, and Ellie gave me the best massage I've ever had. I've had plenty before, and she was also so professional and nice. The staff were friendly and breakfast had lots of choice. The only downside was that the pool felt a bit cold both days, and I heard other people say the same.

We were in the 225 superior heritage suite. It has no view, so bear that in mind if you like looking out from your room. The hotel and spa are great, in a super Killarney location, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the two fridges and the diffuser on the hairdryer, very curly-girl friendly, plus there was a straightener. Fresh milk in the fridge was so much nicer than those manky cartons. The bath is a great size, the shower pressure is excellent, and the soap and lotion by the shower and sink felt luxurious. Breakfast is made to order on weekdays and buffet style at weekends.
