I liked it so much that I added another night to my four-night stay. The rooms were very clean, room service was lovely, and breakfast was always fresh with enough options each morning. The location worked well for bus tour pickup points and the tourist information centre. Ross Castle was an easy walk, and a taxi to Mucross House gardens was about 15 euros, give or take.

I had one of the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. My room faced the main road at the front, but noise wasn't a problem at all. The staff were super friendly, and it's a great location near Killarney centre. I'd definitely recommend it.

Antonia and the team went to a lot of trouble to track down a gold earring I’d left in our room, then return it to me about a week after our stay. We’d been there for two nights in December for a wedding nearby, and had found the hotel good value with really friendly staff. Such thoughtful service.

The restaurant was lovely, with delicious food and wonderful service, so we booked another table for the following night. The hotel itself feels luxurious, from the stunning foyer to the beautiful bedrooms that made us feel like royalty. The walk-in shower was nice, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Loved the Christmas touches too.

The breakfast was delicious, with a really good choice each morning, and there was water in the room. Our room was clean, nice, and very comfortable, and the staff were all so kind and helpful. We’d booked two different room types to cover the nights we wanted, but at check-in the front desk upgraded us to a king room for the whole stay, so we didn’t have to move. We really appreciated that. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main part of town. We wished we could have stayed longer.
