Long Quay House

Breakfast was great, and our server was very attentive. Parking was easy too, since I could use the car park across the street. The Quay House is right in the heart of Kinsale, close to plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops. It’s well maintained, with a lovely entryway and large rooms. My room had a fantastic view of the river. A charming, comfortable place to stay, and I’d highly recommend booking a few nights.

The owners made us feel so welcome and clearly care about their guests. We loved the stylish, clean room, especially the amazing shower, and the warm breakfast with homemade jam, which you have to try. It’s an easy walk to great pubs and shops, too. We had a great stay at The Long Quay House in Kinsale. From the spacious, comfortable Junior Suite, we had a lovely view over the water, and the old town was right nearby for exploring on foot. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the service was top-notch, and the internet was fast and reliable. Parking was the only downside. There’s no dedicated parking, and most nearby street spots are paid and limited to two hours. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, had trouble finding a space, and ended up carrying our luggage quite a distance. Still, the location, comfort, and service more than made up for that inconvenience. I’d highly recommend The Long Quay House.

The rooms were large and clean, and the location was great. Breakfast was excellent.
