Breakfast and its outstanding service were a highlight, and the rooms are spacious with beautiful bathrooms. This is an old place, beautifully looked after, cosy, warm, luxurious, and special, with a real sense of history and character. You feel welcome and wanted here, and fully invited to enjoy the hotel. It’s the kind of place you wish you could drop into anytime, or stay one more night. Highly recommend it for the experience, the lovely Irish feel, and the exceptional service.

We’d already booked another visit by the time we left. I’d been to the Kinsale Jazz Festival often before, but it had been 13 years since my last trip. Our usual hotel was full, so we found this lovely place and were made to feel welcome straight away. It felt like a step above, with delight and luxury from the moment we arrived. Best breakfast I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend it enough. 10/10.

Andrew, the owner, was always smiling and had a story to tell, and Francis, our bartender and food critic, always had a good recommendation. The rooms have been nicely redone, the staff are friendly, and the location is great. We had a wonderful full breakfast, too. Happy to recommend this inn, a must stay! Day trip to Cork, Cobh, Cashel.

The decor has a timeless feel, the staff are welcoming, and the hotel is right in the centre with valet parking. I can’t say enough good things about it and would definitely stay again if I return to Kinsale.

Perryville House is very well located, with a nice room, a super comfy bed, and really friendly staff. The best part was breakfast. I had the eggs Benedict, chef’s kiss!
