The garden was lovely to wander around, and the views from this beautiful location were just as good. I had a great stay at Kylemore pass hotel, with a perfect room, a delicious breakfast and a bar to relax in afterward. They even kept my bike safe for tour de conemara. You don’t often find the whole package together in one place, but this was it. 10/10, outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home.

The restaurant is small, but there was plenty of choice on the menu, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious on each of our two days there. We stayed for two nights in September during our three-week Ireland trip, and Kylemore Pass Hotel was one of our favorite places to stay. Stuart made us feel welcome right away. We arrived on a VERY rainy afternoon, and he checked us in quickly, brought our bags up, then settled us by the fire with coffee and tea. He’s warm, funny, and ready to help with whatever you need. Our front-facing room looked out over the spectacular Connemara scenery. Once the rain cleared, the little balcony was a lovely spot to watch the stars. We’re already looking forward to another Ireland trip and would stay longer here next time. Highly recommend!

Switching hotels at the last minute turned out to be one of my best decisions in ages. This place is peaceful and beautiful, and our room was huge. The staff were wonderful, especially the gentleman handling check-in, check-out and meal service. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. There’s a lovely little pub inside too. It became one of the highlights of my Ireland trip. I wish I could live here!

The food was delicious, the coffee was the best, and the shower was hands down the best one I’ve had. Stuart’s humor put us at ease right away, and the service was lovely throughout. David and Sean at the bar also deserve a mention for pouring great drinks. You’re all amazing! I was here with my sister and niece. It was my first stay, while my sister had already been three times, and now I understand why she keeps coming back. The whole place was so clean, from the bedding to the bathrooms, without a speck of dust. That matters a lot to me, and I felt completely comfortable at Kylemore Pass Hotel. Rose and Stuart were so welcoming that it felt like home away from home. I hope I can return someday and look out at those beautiful mountains. Thank you, Rose and Stuart, for making us so comfortable.

Breakfast and both dinners were really tasty, and I liked the interesting dining room decor. The bar looked good too. We had a wonderful stay with our Border Terriers, and would definitely come back to the area. I hope the place stays just as it is. Our downstairs twin room had a seating area and a superb view. It also opened straight onto a short woodland walk, which was perfect for the dogs. The room and beds were very comfortable.
