Apple Hostel Letterkenny

Adrian and Martin made our tour group feel so welcome. The lounge and kitchen were great, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious. You can tell they’ve made the place feel like a home. They also do a lot to help the community, including feeding people who are poor or homeless. The Irish really are incredibly friendly. We only stayed the night, but I’d say stop by.

The staff were really kind and took care to make sure I felt safe as a woman travelling alone. The hostel is also close to wherever you need to go. Rooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen were all very clean, and the main room has good wifi and a pool table. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in.

The beds were so comfortable, and the whole place felt more like someone’s home than a hostel. There was loads to pick from at the free breakfast. They were still renovating while I was there, but from what I saw that should only make the experience better. Nothing to complain about, except there’s no laundry option!

There’s a little garden with hammocks and a terrace where you can relax, which I loved. The rooms were nice and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped and always clean too. The staff were awesome, friendly, and helpful. One of the best places I stayed in during six months of travelling.
