That breakfast room took me back to a time I thought was gone, and the whole visit felt like a lovely winter break. We stayed two nights, with the hotel making a perfect base in welcoming Limerick, close to the attractions and handy for touring the mid-west. Our room was very comfortable, and the dining and bar service was as professional as it gets. The small team gave us a genuinely warm welcome and five-star hospitality from arrival onward. Reception was efficient and personal, shared plenty of local information, and even showed us to the room with a bit of the hotel's history. Italo, Rebecca and Mary served us, chatted with us, and made things fun. We'll be back.

Direct booking on the website was the best deal, better than booking.com. The staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was plentiful. The complimentary tea was a welcome touch. Our room hadn't been warmed up and took ages to heat. Also, even though I'd booked a table online, there was no evening meal option. Those were the only letdowns.

We had a really enjoyable visit, using the Spa and eating in the Long Room. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was outstanding throughout. No 1 Pery Square was exceptional in every way. Thanks to everyone, including the management. We'll definitely visit again.

The room was lovely, the food was exceptional, and the spa was incredible. Damien was so kind during our visit and made us feel welcome right from the start. It was one of the nicest experiences we've had, remarkable from beginning to end. We're looking forward to coming back. Thank you 🙏

I booked a room and restaurant table for Friday, Jan 2nd, but my plans changed. When the hotel emailed to confirm the reservation, I cancelled and got a confirmation email, so I believed everything had been cancelled. On Saturday, Jan 3rd, they emailed to say I owed the room charge because I hadn't cancelled the night before. I sent them the cancellation confirmation, but was told it covered the restaurant only. I hadn't received any email about the room booking close to the date, or a call on Jan 2nd to check my booking or arrival time. I genuinely thought I'd cancelled the room and told the hotel that. I called to explain and offered to leave the full booking value as credit for a later stay. They were pleasant, but still wanted payment for Jan 2nd, and after some discussion I agreed to pay 112 euros for a room I never used. Then on Monday, Jan 5th, they emailed to thank me for my Jan 2nd booking, say they hoped I'd rested and enjoyed my stay, and ask for feedback. I'm very annoyed that the hotel can send automated review emails but no booking reminders. I emailed feedback and they acknowledged it, but nothing positive came of it. It was a very expensive cost over New Year's weekend.
