The location is good, but the house itself is old, dirty and run down. Some furniture is broken, the sheets have holes, the kitchen is rusted, and the bathrooms are antiquated and dirty. There are no amenities, and it didn't feel welcoming. You have to bring your own soap, towels, blow dryer and other basics. They shouldn't rent the property out unless they make some improvements.
