Jackie was quick to respond and really helpful, and her welcome manual made the cottage’s past feel part of the stay. Her great, great grandparents built it in the early 1800s, and she’s renovated it beautifully, keeping some country charm while bringing it up to modern standards. My husband, our one year old son, and I stayed at Rose Meadow Cottage in May 2022 and had such a lovely time. The area in County Clare is beautiful, and the cottage was a great base for the Cliffs of Moher, Dingle, and even Galway. It’s beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the beds are so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. It really felt like a dream. We’d love to return if Jackie will have us, and I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re spending any amount of time in this part of Ireland.
