Nora and John Ferris made us feel so welcome and clearly put a lot of care into making guests comfortable. The rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bedding. Breakfast is a sustainable buffet with lots of fresh fruit, cereal, and cheese. I'd be delighted to return and hear more of John's suggestions for the many lovely places and attractions nearby. This didn't quite match the B&Bs we're used to. The owners weren't very engaging, and breakfast was only bread, pastries, fruit, and coffee laid out for guests. There wasn't a hot breakfast, so you'll have to go to a restaurant down the road if that's what you're looking for.

We felt so relaxed and content here, and I hope we get to return one day. The breakfast spread was generous, the beds comfortable, and John and Nora were friendly and helpful. Jamie the horse kindly took us into the Gap of Dunloe, which made for an amazing experience. The spot is peaceful and remote feeling, even though tourist attractions are close by. It was a perfect home away from home for a few nights.

John's hospitality and lovely place deserve all the praise. He made us London visitors feel like locals for a lovely weekend in some of Ireland's best scenery. He even gave us a lift to mass. A wonderful experience.

Really good B&B and very convenient if you're climbing carrauntoohil. The room was spacious, clean, and nice, and breakfast was a treat. The crepes were a lovely touch.
