The room was roomy and comfortable, and the bathroom was simple but clean. It’s handy for the centre and shops, with the railway station just across the road. The nearby busy road can bring some disruptive traffic, though. A lovely place to stay.

We spent a week here and found it spotless inside. The owner is so sweet and makes a wonderful breakfast. You can walk into downtown Mallow or to the train, so the location worked perfectly for us.

Annabella Lodge came recommended when we were visiting a lot of family on a self-drive trip five years ago. It turned out to be a fine place to stay. The lady of the house was friendly and accommodating, and we were very happy with the lodging.

The rooms were really quiet, with very nice decor and comfortable beds. The train station is right beside the place, and town is only a few minutes away on foot.

The furniture is a little dated, but it’s clean and well looked after, and suits the lovely style of the place. We had a very comfortable stay, the facilities were excellent, and the hosts were lovely. Good value, too.
