That little table and chairs outside were lovely for morning coffee or a glass of wine later on. We stayed two nights in Eileen’s self-contained Shepherd’s Hut, booked through air bnb, and it was spotless and really comfortable. Eileen had thought of everything, from clean towels and bedding to cereal, fresh milk, bread, butter and juice. The hut sits in a beautiful spot on the Wild Atlantic Way, about a 10-minute walk from Moville. It was a great base for exploring Inishowen and very reasonably priced. We’ll be telling our friends and family about Barr’s. Thanks, Eileen!

The Irish breakfast was tasty and felt genuinely homemade. Our guestlady was so welcoming, and the house and rooms were lovely and warm.

We had a great stay and would go back 🙂 There were just a couple of small marks against it: stains on the curtains and some hair caught in the shower tray drain. Otherwise, fantastic all around.
