This is a cozy B&B within easy reach of Navan city centre. The hosts were so welcoming and nice, and breakfast was amazing. I’d forgotten my travel adapter, but they even had one I could borrow.

The owner and his wife made me a really good Irish breakfast that kept me going all day. This is the best B&B I’ve stayed in, and it’s a quaint, cute place. There are sidewalks all the way into town, which is a short walk away. The castle that the owner owns is also nearby, and the park close by is nice. Great place, highly recommend.

Athlumney Manor is in an ideal spot, and the price was good too. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, the place was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast during our two-night stay. I’d highly recommend it.

Pat was an absolute gent and made me feel very welcome. I called ahead and, although check-in was set for 4pm, I was able to arrive at midday. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It’s a lovely home with a beautiful garden, close to the town centre.

The rooms are comfortable and peaceful, and the Irish welcome was warm. I liked the self-sustainable touches, with rainwater collected and solar panels on site. If you have time, the caretaker can give you exclusive entry to the Athlumney Castle. It was a perfect stop before our trip to NewGrange.
