Parkview Hotel

The rooms upstairs are a bit tired, but the bar and restaurant are tastefully done, and the staff were excellent. Chloe at reception made a very positive first impression, and Katie in the restaurant matched that later on. Breakfast staff were lovely too, especially Lilly. Keep up the good work, Parkview. There were four of us for one night. The food was plentiful and high quality. Just be aware that a starter might leave you unable to finish the main course!

I've stayed at this hotel lots of times and always had a great experience, until tonight. I tried to order a toasted sandwich from the room service menu, but was told there weren't any. When I asked if they'd run out of bread, the porter rudely said making sandwiches wasn't his job, that he only toasted them, and that the chef hadn't made any, so it was the chef's fault. He then told me to order Domino's or something from Just Eat. Why list room service items in the guest booklet if they're unavailable?

We only came for a meal, and the food was fantastic. My friend really liked her salad too, while I was blown away by the seafood sagonaki. The dining room was lovely, and the rooms look gorgeous. I'd love to stay next time 😍

The staff were nice enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. The room was clammy and uncomfortable in July, with no air-conditioning. There was still rubbish in the bin, and the place was dated, like something from the 1970s. Breakfast was substandard in my opinion, with lacklustre service and flies all over the food. The waitress wasn't very friendly either.
