Mary was wonderful, professional and so friendly. Whenever we had a request, she was there and took care of it with a smile. The breakfasts were consistently delicious too. We visit Ireland regularly and will definitely be back.

We were eight in our group, and The end keeper was very accommodating and focused on service. The property was very clean, the welcome was warm and hospitable, and we enjoyed a wonderful Irish breakfast every morning. It’s also central to many sites. One of us plans to return and recommend this wonderful place to friends.

FLORENCE: I had a lovely stay at Carrown Tober House with my son and daughter. Mary was kind, welcoming, and very attentive to my daughter’s special needs. She served us a delicious breakfast, and the bedrooms were spotless and comfortable. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Gerry and Mary made us feel so welcome in Oughterard. We loved the delicious breakfast and the lovely view from the sunroom, and there’s a great pub at the Thatch. The rooms were simple and clean, with everything we needed. It made a great base for exploring the Connemara area.
