We had lots of room for the whole family, and our cottage came with a full kitchen, laundry, and two full bathrooms. The Country Cottages sit in a beautiful setting, with those classic views of hills and sheep. The cottages are lovely, the hosts are wonderful, and I'd highly recommend them.

It felt like coming home to this fantastic little house after a long day. We arrived in the dark at the end of December last year, and it was so cozy. The one drawback was the noise from the washing machine, and the dryer was even louder, so we switched it off.

Pauline was such a personable host, and she knew a lot about things to see locally. I really enjoyed chatting with her. The cottage itself was quaint and comfortable, with beautiful countryside all around. Getting there also meant crossing The Quiet Man bridge.

I stayed for a week twice, and think it's the best place in Ireland. The cottages are warm and cozy, with mountains all around and a lovely breeze. It's a great spot for couples. Paulina, our host, was so friendly and nice.

We used this as our base while staying near Galway, and have wonderful memories of it. The cabins were really comfortable, the setting was awesome, and the owners were lovely. There was a bucket of peat ready for the stove, and the owner gave us lots of recommendations. I'd love to return and make more memories.
