The spa and pool were fab, and I had no complaints about the staff, service or food. The room was another story. In my opinion, the mattresses in both my room and my friend's were about six years past their best. Fridges have been removed from the rooms, unless you book a suite. And while there are TVs, you can't actually watch TV on them. I really wouldn't recommend staying in a hotel room.

The spa facilities were clean and enjoyable, from the sauna, pool and steam room to the lovely relaxation room and refreshments. The whole setup felt wonderful, and I was made to feel welcome by receptionist Katie, who explained how everything worked. I had a gifted Japanese head massage with Suman, who checked in about the pressure and helped me feel at ease. I left very relaxed, and my hair was glowing afterwards and still is. I'd recommend it 100%. Wish I could come back more often, and hope to return soon. Thanks again, everyone!

Book ahead, since this spa is very popular. It's in a beautiful setting, the staff are friendly, and there's a great choice of treatments.
