The breakfast is absolutely worth adding on. It isn’t fancy or full of hot dishes, but sitting with Jim and Margaret and getting to talk with them made it worth the price many times over. My travel companion and I ended up counting this among the top ten experiences of our two-week trip around the country. Jim and Margaret are such genuine, kind hosts, and we’re grateful for their hospitality. Keep in mind that most bedrooms share a bathroom, though some have private ones. Truly a house of God.

Margaret and Jim made our three-night stay so easy. They kept the spotless rooms supplied with everything we needed, and Margaret pointed us to activities for kids nearby, so we had full days planned. Such a lovely couple, and we’d happily stay again.

The beach is just a short walk away, and the views are incredible. Margaret and Jim were kind and kept the place tidy, and they even made breakfast work with my gluten and dairy allergies. Our room was quiet. I’d recommend staying here.

We were sorry to leave. Margaret and Jim were warm and very accommodating, with helpful local suggestions and good conversation. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the views were phenomenal.
