The staff made our visit. Billy the concierge greeted us when we arrived, and from then until we left two days later, the service was outstanding. Kaye in the bar is a wonder, and the spa team were informative and accommodating when we had a very relaxing seaweed bath. The Brasserie food was top notch, as were the staff, and both mornings we had a gorgeous breakfast brought to our room. The food, drinks, and accommodation were all excellent. What a wonderful place, thank you so much.

Our son and daughter-in-law held their wedding ceremony at Ballygarry on April 16th, and it was an incredible experience. The Lodge is an intimate, welcoming venue, with spacious bedrooms and an outstanding wedding breakfast meal. From Billy at the front door to reception, wedding coordinator Sarah, management, and all the staff, everyone went above and beyond to make the day special. Guests who were visiting Ballygarry for the first time have given us lots of positive feedback and said they'll return. Thank you all.

The staff were amazing and made most of our stay feel like five stars. We stayed in the cabin, which was lovely, with heated floors, complimentary gin and tonic, and gluten-free crisps. The complimentary spa amenity was lovely and came with great views. We also used the complimentary mountain bikes to ride through the forest attached to the estate. The hotel's restaurant had amazing food. I'd go again.

The ceremony room and snugs were beautifully decorated, and our room was spacious, clean, and amazing. The food was lovely, the breakfast had lots of choice, and service was faultless. My only complaint was the noise from room 203, which was over the function room. We had to turn in earlier than planned, and it was quite noisy, though not intolerable.
