We decided at the last minute to stay in Tralee and got amazing value at this very traditional hotel. The staff were superb, the room was great, and the food fantastic. I went up two flights of stairs. I didn’t have luggage, so it didn’t affect me, though I’m not sure whether there was a lift. I did notice a room notice saying help with luggage was available.

Eileen was so kind and warm when our group of six girls were struggling to store our bags at the last minute. She and the lovely reception staff helped us out, and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness and accommodation. Lots of love!

All the staff were really friendly, and the hotel is centrally located. Our bedroom was modern, nicely decorated and relaxing, with a very comfortable bed.

We found it clean and good value, with delicious meals and a good choice of food. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. It’s very central for shopping in Tralee and for travelling the ring of Kerry.

The restaurant next door had a big menu with lots of choice, and the food was excellent. The staff were accommodating too, packing my dinner to take back to my room with a bonus dessert. I stayed in a newly refurbished room, modern and comfortable. It’s a great hotel in a great town location. This trip was for business, and I’ll return for my next work visit and for leisure stays too.
