At 8 am, contractors were outside my door fixing something, and the corridor work made it impossible to rest. Why do work there in the morning instead of around checkout time? After arriving at 4 am, I’d already had to go through a security check and explain why I was late getting in. This was an absolute joke. I’d never stay here again.

The staff were amazing and very professional, and the food was delicious with generous portions. We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Junior suite, with a balcony and Jacuzzi. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, and the balcony was a good size with several outdoor seats and a table. The Jacuzzi was unfortunately broken, but we still enjoyed a luxurious bath, just without the bubbles this time.

Reception was really helpful and accommodating, and all the staff were lovely. We came for a 30th celebration and had a lovely weekend stay. The place was spacious and very clean, and we’ll be back again. The only issue was that the shower water flow was very slow.

I haven't stayed overnight, but I often come here for lunch. The food is excellent, and the service is friendly and efficient. It feels cosy and homely, with open fires in winter and a lovely outdoor seating area in summer. There’s plenty of free parking too. It’s a 15-minute walk from the town centre, train and bus station, and the Tralee to Fenit greenway.

The Meadowlands and its staff deserve every star. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and everyone was welcoming. Great food and a lovely bar too. I highly recommend it.
