The room was really nice, and it’s close to Waterford town. Just keep dinner timing in mind, since most nearby restaurants stop serving by 8:00 pm. Phyllis and her husband were lovely hosts. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the pancakes, light, fluffy, and the best I’ve had. Phyllis also makes her award winning brown bread fresh each day.

For our first B&B stay in Ireland, we couldn’t have picked better. Phillis and TJ knew the area well and were excellent hosts. They served a great breakfast with fresh berries from their garden and freshly baked bread. Definitely somewhere I’d stay again.

Breakfast was delicious, and Phyllis and TJ were very accommodating, even when there was a mix up with our room. It’s a lovely home near Waterford, and we hope to come back if we can.

We only stayed for 3 nights, but we soon felt like family. Phyllis looked after everything we needed, and the house was perfectly located for all our visits. Each morning started with delicious home baked bread and a breakfast cooked with care. If you’re in Waterford, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here.❤

The owners were genuinely wonderful, and the service was the best we had at any B&B on our trip. Breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs and salmon. There’s also a nice pub across the street, so you can get food and meet friendly people without going far after you arrive.
