We had a confirmed Booking.com reservation for two rooms on 15 May. Three weeks later, we were told the room price had gone up by 140%, and that we had to pay the higher price or they could no longer accommodate us. What’s the point of booking?

Everything was clean and tidy, including the bathroom, which is in the hallway. The shower is very large, and there were plenty of fluffy towels. There’s enough parking right in front of the house.

The bed was great and comfy, and the showers were nice. The place was spotless, with a great location just a two-minute walk from the castlecourt hotel. It would’ve been nice to have breakfast included in the price, but there’s no kitchen or anything.

There was no reception, and nobody was there to check me in for 30 minutes when I arrived, even though check-in is only allowed between 4 and 7 pm. By then I didn’t want to stay anymore. The staff were very unprofessional and the service was poor. They refused to refund me, despite not providing the service they offered.

The bed was so comfortable, I got the best sleep. Everything felt modern, clean, and cozy. I'd happily recommend it! 😍
