The staff were great and easygoing, and the hotel itself feels cozy. It's just across the road from the sea.

There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, many Russian or Georgian. The hotel is comfortable, the staff are cool, and the beach is easy to reach. It sits right across the street from the sea, and the service was great.

We were promised a room with a sea view, but the hotel said the listing meant only that the property had a sea view, not our room. When we raised it with the director, he said all his rooms were full and that we could leave if we wanted. After an hour of arguing, we finally got a sea-view room, so I felt he had lied to us. The hotel was the worst and least friendly I've ever stayed in. Never again!

It's a cozy hotel right opposite the sea, with great service and cool staff. The beach is easy to get to, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, many Russian or Georgian.
