The room looks a lot better inside than the outside suggests, but during my roughly two-week stay I killed more than 16 cockroaches. I had to block the gap under the door with a towel to keep them from getting in. The exterior is poorly maintained, and there aren't current photos showing how it looks. Parking isn't free: the spaces they offer are just street parking, free from 8 pm to 8 am. Outside those hours you have to pay, or risk a 100 shekel ticket, which I got.

Breakfast at a local bar was included, and it was really tasty, with a nice feel of the city. The staff were friendly and gave us a hand when we needed it. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a modern, pleasant interior. A really nice, cosy place to stay in Beer Sheva. We truly recommend it.

The manager was nice, but the apartment was in very poor shape. The bathroom was dirty, the bins were grimy to touch, and the paint job was awful, with holes patched using very old silicone. The sheets smelled as if someone else had slept in the bed, and the pillowcase was dirty and too small for its pillow. They said we'd have two twin beds and a double, but one of the twins was a cot, so my aging mother had to sleep on it. We asked the cleaning lady to come back, but the same problems remained: crud around the shower edges, grime on the sink exterior, dirty bins, and children's fingerprints all over the walls. Outside was neglected too, with walkways covered in dirt, leaves, and mud. The double bed was uncomfortable, and the bedroom heater didn't work. Maybe it was a good place 7-10 years ago.

The apartment was great and very well equipped. It's very close to BG university, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were lovely and helpful. I loved it ๐
