Isrotel Lagoona All-Inclusive Hotel

The food was great, and the hotel itself is nice. But expect noise everywhere, all the time, which is what you might expect at an all-inclusive place. There are almost no snacks in the bar or anywhere between meals. The spa has no seating area or place to hang out while you go to the sauna.

The hotel manager and staff made a huge difference for our family, especially my disabled mom. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make all of us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Their kindness, sensitivity, and willingness to help meant we could relax and enjoy time together. We stayed at Isrotel Lagoona in Eilat with my parents, my sister, and my family, including two teenagers, and had a wonderful vacation. Everything was fresh and inviting. The rooms were spotless and beautifully kept, and housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The food was excellent, with lots of variety, high quality, and something for everyone. The bar service was great too, with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s close to everything but still peaceful, a perfect location for a family getaway. The price was very affordable for the experience and offered incredible value. Thank you to the whole team for making this vacation so special. We’ll definitely be back!

The pool area was quiet and relaxing when we were there, with plenty of chaises lounges, umbrella tables, and chairs under the palm trees. We didn’t see too many kids around. The outdoor space was lovely, the food was excellent, and the updated rooms had super clean bathrooms with great water pressure. It’s only a few hundred yards’ walk to the beachfront. This is an all-inclusive hotel, so drinks from the bar are included, alcoholic and soft drinks, plus espresso. Even-numbered rooms have beautiful marina and mountain views. Be careful with what the hotel calls Mountain View Rooms, though. They face the street or side of the hotel and give only the tiniest peek at the tip of one mountain.

The food was generally good, but it wasn't labeled and wasn't kept warm. They put out pastries at dinner without tea or coffee. One set of elevators was out of service, and when we asked the desk the next day, they didn't know about it. The manager wasn't on site.
