Mor And Cinnamon

We had a nice three-night stay. Kinnamon is the larger apartment, with Mor being the other one, and both sit on the grounds of the owner’s Villa in a newer Eilat neighborhood. You enter and leave through the same gate as the owner’s house, so it doesn’t feel secluded; anyone who really values privacy may not be comfortable here. It’s also a long way from town, and without a car you probably won’t enjoy the stay. The garden is small, pleasant, and private. Barbecuing isn’t allowed, though it’s a nice spot for smoking. The kitchen is generally well equipped, but the knives are very dull, there’s no sharpener or serrated knife, and we struggled to cut tomatoes. A larger extra pot would help too, since the only one is small. The free Wi-Fi and satellite TV both worked well. The apartment itself is pleasant, but some furnishings are cheap and uncomfortable, especially the living room sofa and outdoor seating. Hot water also depends on the owner turning on the heater. We thought it could sleep two adults in separate beds, but apart from the bedroom bed there was only a sofa bed, so the listing gave the wrong impression. For a couple with one or two young children and a car, it’s a great fit. For adults who need separate beds, it isn’t.
