Bat Galim Boutique Hotel

The reservation went smoothly, but the location is noisy, and the noise carried into the room. Even someone coming into the building sounded as if they were talking right beside us. The room itself smelled unpleasant and wasn’t clean. There were stains on the furniture and walls, the curtain was broken, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut.

There was plenty of free parking in the lot, just a 30-second walk from the hotel. We also had a clean room in great condition and a light breakfast that was delicious. Coffee and cappuccino were available in the lobby throughout the day. Anna, the manager, stayed up past 11 pm for us when our flight from Tel Aviv was delayed. The check-in instructions were clear.

We had three rooms for our family over Passover, and the hotel kindly kept our Seder food in their fridges. The rooms were well equipped, with very comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom and shower in the ground-floor rooms, though there was some noise. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choices, and the lobby had free coffee, tea, water, and fruit around the clock. Parking was available nearby at any time, and the location worked perfectly for visiting Bat Galim and the German Colony. We had such a good stay that the noise is easy to forget. I’d definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff were polite and professional, and the manager could be reached anytime by message. Tea, coffee, and other drinks were available for self-service whenever you wanted, with fresh pastries left out too. Breakfast was included. It’s a small, quiet hotel at an affordable price, well placed near the beach and main facilities. I’m looking forward to staying here again.
