A cute little place in central Haifa. Alla and Hodaya gave excellent, professional massages that were really relaxing. Two suggestions: please don’t allow smoking near the jacuzzi room, since the windows don’t seal fully and the smell gets inside. And maybe offer fruit instead of cookies.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and they made a thoughtful effort for the birthday. But the stay quickly stopped feeling like the quiet romantic break we’d booked. We’d called ahead to check the details and specifically asked about an in-room safe because we were arriving with a gun. Nobody mentioned any issue, but there was no safe in the room. They offered the office safe, which they said was locked only from 11pm to 9am. That was simply untrue. The spa area was tiny, yet a group of eight women had booked it for a bachelorette party. Four people were crammed into the jacuzzi, two could fit in the sauna, and the outdoor area was taken over by loud music and laughter. The manager said they were only there for the day, but so were we. We could hear them from our bedroom, and the noise also spoiled our massages. We ended up leaving the property because it wasn’t what we’d paid for. The next morning the jacuzzi was broken, with paint peeling off, so we checked out. There was no parking, and breakfast meant a 10-15 minute walk to a very small, poor version of an Israeli breakfast. The shower pressure was bad too. For a small boutique spa with just three rooms, it could have been a great stay in theory. The low price didn’t make up for the problems, even setting aside the group. They should have told us when we called that the place wouldn’t be quiet.

A really enjoyable spa right in the middle of Carmel center. The staff were kind and professional, and there’s a jacuzzi, sauna, and shower room. They also had wine and cookies.

We’ve come back for a second visit, and we’ll definitely return again. The owners are pleasant, the place is extremely clean, and the massage was wonderful.
