We booked a couples spa stay a week ago for my boyfriend’s birthday. Before choosing the hotel, I read the reviews, many of which were negative and full of disappointed people. It isn’t new or a 5 star spa, so keep your expectations in line with that and you’ll be satisfied. Roy at reception answered our calls before we booked and helped us get what we wanted. I bought the spa deal through the spa plus website, and he gave us a better room than the offer included. Since we were the last customers to use the spa, he let us stay as long as we wanted, even though the deal only included two hours. The massage from the specialist merav was the best, and the most relaxing I’ve ever had. The wine was delicious and the fruit fresh and tasty. For a 3 star hotel, I’d give the service five stars. Highly recommended.

I stayed there 11 years ago, and still remember it as a quiet, clean, and very nice place. It’s family-run, and they treat you like a friend.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was just okay. Rooms are very small, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and breakfast is limited, mostly eggs. They charge in local currency using the exchange rate and don’t accept US dollars.

I wouldn’t pay to stay here again, not even for this hotel’s 4+ rating. The rooms were old and dirty, there were insects in mine, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Staff were mean and lazy, and the walls were paper thin. They charge for the whole stay upfront, so you can’t check out once you realize how bad the hotel is. Scam.
